Research Publication and Dissemination Directorate

The Duties and Responsibilities of the Directorate includes but not limited to:

• Publishes research, and community services outputs
• Disseminates the research outputs through various ways (i.e. journals, proceedings, webpage, conferences, workshops, public lectures, FM & Radio, etc.)
• Documents the research, technology transfer and community services outputs
• Develops specific guidelines & criteria for reviewing articles in line with WCU legislation; and MoE guideline
• Prepares the designing & printing specifications for proceedings; and Abstracts
• Facilitates payments for reviewers and editors of publications, workshops & other outputs dissemination services as per the guide set by MoE
• Documents the project outputs, proceedings, annual reports regarding VPRCs
• Introduces new technologies to the community through various methods such as radio, TV etc.
• Facilitates capacity building trainings, workshops regarding publications, documentation and disseminations in researches, community services and technology transfers.
