The Department of Management at Wachemo University's College of Business and Economics provides graduates with the opportunity to enter the business world with clarity in their knowledge/understanding, competence in their professional skills, and confidence in achieving optimal success for themselves, their families, communities, and work organizations. Our Department provides a Master's degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Management. These programs train students for professions in various fields, including government offices, small enterprises, corporations, and non-profit organizations.

Our goal as a management department is to deliver the necessary theoretical and practical knowledge and abilities in the fields of Management that are most needed today. Also, training managers, planners, and researchers to make and apply effective and scientific decisions at all levels is part of our Department's goals. Every departmental program will draw on the unique service qualities of their respective sectors. The Department's team is committed to providing creative experiential learning and professional development opportunities through research and community service.

Furthermore, the Department's instructional materials and everyday learning environment will help to achieve an integrated academic program of study. Students will be exposed to various teaching and learning methods, including classroom lectures, interactive discussions, field-based practicums, and information technology-based education activities. English will be used as the medium of instruction in all delivery methods.
