Background


Department of Biomedical Sciences (DBMS) is one of the academic units of the college of medicine and health sciences was established in 2012. The department is striving and health issues of the public through teaching, carrying out problem solving research, and providing community services.The Department staff has been coordinating teaching-learning process of pre-clinical batches of the medicine students to acquire basic clinical knowledge, skills, and attitudes. Currently the department encompasses the following academic streams:
