Internships Provision

Description: To enhance the practical skills and work ethics of interns as a result of effectively run internship programs.

Outcome Measure: Increased number of students successfully completing the internship program and obtaining jobs in industry (taken as a factor of those eligible for internship) .

Definition of success:

• Interns gain employment within the organization where they performed their internships
• Overall employability of graduates who have completed internships will improve

Milestones:

1. University-Industry Linkage workshop
2. Review of internship curriculum
3. Orientation of interns and mentors
4. Supervision and monitoring ubs
