To enhance provision of quality health care service to the society through accrediting CPD centers and providing CPD, improving the competency of health workforce through need based, standardized and institutionalized in-service training programs focusing on maternal health and HIV/AIDS prevention, care and treatment related trainings in Ethiopia.

By the end of 2023/24, the CPD Center of the college aspires to be one of the top five CPD Center in Ethiopia in providing short-term trainings, accrediting different training centers and preparing workshops.
