Institute of Indigenous knowledge studies has been established at Wachemo University in 2019. Structurally it is under the Academic, Research Technology transfer vice president. The institute has been performing several research and community service work since its establishments. The rationale behind establishing this institute at our university the existence of multilingual and multicultural community in which the university is situated.
