On-Campus Skills Laboratory

The Department of Medical Laboratory Science runs a well-equipped skills laboratory facility located on the Ground Floor of Block 155. To maintain seamless operational standards, the site contains integrated logistics rooms:

The diagnostic laboratory ecosystem is categorized into four specialized field-training hubs:

Students extend their training inside active healthcare fields at Negist Eleni Mohammed Memorial Comprehensive Specialized Hospital, utilizing these critical laboratory extensions:

  • Central laboratory unit
  • Emergency laboratory
  • Outpatient Department (OPD) lab
  • Gynecology & Antenatal Care (ANC)
  • Blood Bank services
  • Clinical Chemistry section
  • Hematology division
  • Medical Microbiology site
