It is an honor to welcome and congratulate all of you on being part of this social event. On behalf of the Midwifery Department, I would like to introduce our department, which serves as a cornerstone in providing maternal and child healthcare services. The Department of Midwifery is one of ten undergraduate programs within the College of Medicine and Health Sciences. Since its inception in 2012, seven cohorts have graduated, and currently, the department continues to build robust foundations for safe motherhood and healthcare excellence.
