Description: To build the capacity of teachers so that the teachers have the knowledge and skills needed to help all students reach the high levels of learning.
Outcome Measure: Enhanced competencies teachers who are able to deliver quality lessons as seen from teacher assessment results .

Short term: Improved completion rates of HDP and English training by teachers.
Long term: Improved classroom practices and high quality learning experiences for students.
