Description: To drive the right learning approach and attitude in students to improve their knowledge, skill, and attitude in line with labor market standards and requirements.
To drive the right in-classroom and assessment practices by teachers to ensure students are coached and assessed on skills and attitude, beyond knowledge
Outcome Measure: Enhanced competencies of students as seen in student assessment results .
Definition of success:
Short term: Well administered continuous assessments by teachers.
Medium term: Improved student skills and knowledge through meaningful learning.
Long term: High quality graduates with industry-required competencies, able to achieve wage-employment or self-employment after graduation.
Milestones:
- Strengthen implementation of the Continuous Assessment tool
- Introduce / Strengthen practices of External Assessment for students
